  Registration and Merchandise  2:00 PM to 6:30 PM  inside Convention Center

Friday, July 26th

• Merchandise and Registration  9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Ocean Shores Convention Center
  Volunteer to Tie Blankets for Comfort and Care Bags
  Silent Auction 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM Ocean Shores Convention Center
  Vendors, Vendors, Vendors Open to public  9:00 am - dusk- Ocean Shores Convention Center
  Westcoast Connection  Hollywood B Extreme Motorcycle Stunt Riders -(2:00 PM-3:00 PM), (4:00 PM-5:00 PM), (6:00 PM-7:00 PM)  front parking lot of the Ocean Shores Convention Center
  Beer garden - Sons of Palmer- plays 12:30 PM- 3:00 PM, BAND 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM --Stage in front of Ocean Shores Convention Center  beer garden provided by Galway Bay Irish Pub
  Blessing of the Bikes 7:00 PM Ocean Shores Convention Center
  Biker Babe Contest, Tattoo Contest,  Sons of Palmer and BAND  and Bar at Ocean Shores Convention Center, 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM- free to wristband holders / photo I.D. Required
  Bon Fire by Vancouver HOG Chapter 10:30 PM on the beach in downtown Ocean Shores

Saturday, July 27th

• Firemen's Breakfast 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM Ocean Shores Convention Center ($7.00  all proceeds go to Ocean Shores Fire Department)
  "Biker Memorial Parade" Line up at 9:00 AM leave up at 9:30 AM from Hoquiam Central School to Ocean Shores
  Merchandise and Registration 9:00 AM- 12:00 PM   1:00 PM - 6:00 PM Inside Convention Center
  Volunteer to Tie Blankets for Comfort and Care Bags   9:00 AM- 12:00 PM   1:00 PM - 6:00 PM Inside Convention Center
  Vendors, Vendors, Vendors - Open to public all day - 9:00am - dusk or later if there are customers
  Beer Garden - open to the public - beer garden provided by Galway Bay Irish Pub
  Poker Run -   11:00 AM- 4:00 PM must have wristband to participate 
  Seattle Cossacks 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM (street in front of the Ocean Convention Center)
  Silent Auction 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM Ocean Shores Convention Center
  Sons of Palmer Band * 12:30 PM - 3:00 PM, BAND* 4:00 PM- 6:00 PM 
  Field Events 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM (front parking lot at the Ocean Shores Convention Center in front of the NW Harley Booth) must have wristband to participate 
  Tenino Drill Team 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM (street in front of Ocean Shores Convention Center)
  Westcoast Connection- Hollywood B-Extreme Motorcycle Stunt Riders shows between (4:00 PM - 5:00 PM) street in front of the Ocean Shores Convention Center
  Ride-In Bike Show Noon to 4:00 PM (in front parking lot next to the beer garden) 
  Bike Games and Bike Show Award Ceremony  5:00 PM in front of the stage
  Westcoast Connection- Hollywood B-Extreme Motorcycle Stunt Riders shows between (6:00 PM - 7:00 PM) parking lot in front of the Ocean Shores Convention Center
  Concert and Party with “Too Slim and the Tail Draggers”, and bar, 7:00 PM to 1:00 AM – free to wristband holders / Photo I.D. required. Auction during the break to benefit Boyer Children's Clinic and Seattle Children's Hospital   Auctioneer Chastity Clark  Open to the public - Bar provided by Galway Bay Irish Pub 

Sunday, July 28th

  Merchandise & auction pickup 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, OS Convention Center
